Kartatz d7a0bdc163 Disable the “Smart Update” feature by default 
This feature was intended to prevent unnecessary requests from being sent to sources. When enabled, it automatically skipped updating entries you weren’t actively reading (such as those with unread chapters) or entries already marked as completed.

However, Mihon never clearly indicated when or why these updates were skipped. As a result, users often assumed something was broken, mistaking the intended behavior for a bug.

Disable it by default so people don’t get confused when the app does something they didn’t explicitly ask for.

Kahon

A fork of Mihon, free and open source manga reader for Android.

Features

  • Ignore extension-specific rate limits (makes page loading, downloading, and browsing faster).
  • Increase max number of concurrent downloads.
  • Trust all extensions by default.
  • Disable caching for library updates.
  • Remove Google proprietary/privacy-unfriendly blobs (Firebase/Crashlytics).
